​Regular servicing of your mountain bikes forks, shocks & other moving parts such as dropper seat posts is important. Price and recommended service intervals are listed below. Prices include oil & grease but exclude seal kits. Lower leg dust seals and foam rings are around $30. Full seal kits for forks and shocks are typically between $40-80 depending on the year & model $55  Fork lower leg service; clean, inspect, replace seals & oil - Rockshox every 50 Hours - Fox every 30 Hours $55  Shock air can service; clean, inspect & replace seals - Rockshox every 50 Hours - Fox every 30 hours ​ $110  Rockshox fork service, clean, inspect & replace all seals - Every 100-200 Hours depending on model $110  Rockshox shock service; clean inspect & replace all seals - Every 100-200 Hours depending on model  $200-240  Fox fork service - Serviced By Silks Workshop, seals & oil inc. $200-240 Fox shock service - Serviced By Silks Workshop seals & oil inc.
